The second quality is to have good patient. Some patients、such as chronic illness patients and the patients who need rehabilitation treatment、have to take most time to restore. During the period of restoring completely、they maybe upset and disappointed. At this time、the paramedics』 job is to encourage the patients to avoid them losing the fighting spirit. The third quality is that having good communicating skill. Paramedics sometimes are the bridges of communication between doctors and patients. If patients can not understand why the doctors make the prescription or the treatment、they can get some information from paramedics、such as nurses. They also can provide the newest condition to doctors. They make the communication between doctors and patients have no obstacle. I believe that paramedics who have these qualities must can do their job well and become good paramedics.
